Introduction

These terms and conditions outline the agreement between us and our clients, governing the use of our software development services.

We provide custom software development, including web and mobile applications, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions within 6 weeks.

Clients are required to pay 50% of the total project cost upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

We retain the rights to our software and methodologies, while clients retain ownership of their project-specific intellectual property.

We provide a 6-month warranty for all delivered software, covering defects and ensuring functionality.

Our liability is limited to the total project cost, and we are not responsible for indirect damages or losses.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration, as per the rules of the Czech Arbitration Court.
